Accomodating the whole darn world The fact that they arrived so fast and were carn cold indicates to me the aren't made fresh. Staff weren't particularly friendly, the customer behind me who had much more of a Monday's "look" got a much friendly welcome by the server than I did. Probably wouldn't come here again unless it was on the way or someone else was really interested.
Mondays has a great atmosphere, and a Accomosating Saturday morning is the perfect time to soak in some rays daen their outdoor courtyard. I Accomodatihg with some friends for pre-brunch smoothies after having heard great things about the place. The space was amazing and so chill, loved the vibe. The food is great and combinations always interesting. Been there on Monday afternoon had a immunity Accomodating the whole darn world was pretty good will ,cabinet was pretty empty may be we were too late but will come back to try food.
Unicorn breakfast bowl is basically a banana smoothie in a bowl and you can only really owrld so much of it before it's too much. After hearing rave reviews I was very excited to try out 'Mondays' as a healthy lunch option. The courtyard is one of the nicest places to hang out in central auckland. In fact Petite Kitchen was what made me start cooking and introduced me to the healthy lifestyle I now lead. I've been to Mondays a few times but last night went for dinner using the Grabone voucher.
I went with friends on a Thursday afternoon and was highly disappointed. Left - Roast Vegetable Spelt Galette: Delicious and the crust certainly had a strong spice taste to it which I loved. The walls are covered with natural vines on the outside and stocked full of natural produce on the inside. I loved my palif although the egg yolk was fully cooked on the inside rather than perfectly poached. Service was poor, wait time was average to long, not many smiles on their dial and we didn't even get water.
First time I've been and the staff were so friendly. It's pretty good value too as it fills up two people easy. Oh and of course everything else is good too but damn that platter though Hidden place right in heart of Kingsland was on my wish list from long time. Spring rolls are pretty basic and nothing out of this world. Slight glitch with an onslaught of thunder and heavy splatter of rain which left us cowering under the shades, but everything cleared up just in time for us to enjoy the food albeit packed into takeaway boxes on their circular mosaic tables.
Their point of difference: Providing simple healthy meals that have natural flavourings. Monday uses basic flavouring options for their meals which allows the natural taste of the food to be experienced. Disappointed again and changing to the vegan toasted sandwich both my friends order this while I ordered roasted vege galette. We had to ask for water and again ask for cups as they were not bought for us, and after what seemed like a very long wait time for some basic mains, we found the toasted sandwiches were small and rather un appetising, my meal tasted nice although on the smaller side too.
